Project Manager

We're looking for:

  • a seasoned Project Manager eager to advance within our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute tailored marketing plans and strategies for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the seamless coordination of internal teams, adherence to project timelines, and meticulous budget management.

We want a Project Manager who:

  • has refined marketing skills 
  • has extensive experience with CRM platforms
  • is highly organized and detail-oriented
  • is motivated, confident, and craves growth
  • loves to learn and improve
  • would love to work on a great team with great clients
  • stays up-to-date on marketing trends, methods, and technology


  • Collaborating with the internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing deliverables
  • Learning and working with marketing software (ex: HubSpot, Sprout, and Google Workspace)
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing department
  • Understanding Seaworthy services and the clients we serve

Key personal skills we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication - you can clearly articulate
  • Reliability - your team can count on you
  • Organization - you can work on several projects at the same time and stay on top of details
  • Time management - you can manage your output efficiently to make sure your work gets done
  • Problem-solving ability - you're relentless in your pursuit of the solution
  • Keen eye for details - the small things matter to you and you want to do the job right


  • Degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a project management role

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Agency experience

Compensation starts at:

  • Minimum: 50K + benefits
  • Pay scaling is dependent on experience and skillsets
