What's upward mobility like at Seaworthy?

We're a young company that is rapidly expanding. We want the right people in the right seats. There's no cap to your growth at Seaworthy.

Will this interview process take forever?

No. We're hiring intentionally, but quickly. We don't want to waste anyone's time.

Why does it seem like there's not a lot of...well...Seaworthy marketing?

That's a great observation. Seaworthy is almost solely referral-based. We're more than doubling in size every year. For the first time, we're investing in marketing ourselves and attacking our growth goals. TL;DR: stay tuned.
